3/24 Cheese Making Workshop (3:00-5:30 p.m.)

Join us at Swallowtail Farm for a cheese-making workshop on Sunday March 24, from 3:00-5:30 p.m. In this workshop, we’ll roll up our sleeves to participate in the process of making simple and delicious ‘farm style’ cheeses —including fresh mozzarella and goat cheese. Chef Jackie has been making simple cheeses like these for years. She brings her wealth of knowledge in making cultured products, the kitchen in general and her love of sharing good food with others to us. Participants will share a tasting of some of the cheeses with pairing suggestions and also leave with some of the cheese they made to take home with them. We'll have tea and Swallowtail Farm natural fruit sodas available, or you are welcome to bring along your favorite thing to sip on.
