Learn how to pull off a healthy meal in no time with a few simple and seasonal ingredients and just one pan! In this class that is primarily demonstration, you will sharpen your knife skills and taste some of these one-pan wonders.

This workshop is part of the Fresh & Flavorful: A Seasonally Inspired Cooking Series

Fresh and Flavorful is a series of three seasonally-inspired cooking classes at Swallowtail Farm in summer 2018. Whether you take one class or sign up for all three, you will learn more about how to prepare local foods in healthful ways that you can use every day. This class series is brought to you by Kelly Wilson of Taste of Health Nutrition, a registered dietitian and trained organic farmer, and Colleen Matts of Peck of Pickles, LLC, a local food advocate trained in the art of fine cooking. Their passion for good food shines through their fun, accessible, and informative instruction that is always in season.
